We walk the job, note what prep it genuinely calls for, and hand you a written quote with scope, materials, and price all on the page. The number you agree to is the number on the invoice. No rounding up at the end.
We confirm the schedule, nail down your color or stain choices, and answer any site-specific questions before we arrive. No one should be surprised on day one. Not you, not us.
Before anything opens, everything that needs to stay clean is covered. Floors and furniture inside. Plants and pavers outside. Careful setup is how we avoid callbacks, and how we treat your home with the respect it deserves.
We clean, patch, caulk, sand, and prime before a drop of color goes on. In Marion County's humidity, prep is where the finish is decided, so we never rush it. Mildew-resistant primer in bathrooms and laundry rooms. Moisture-aware products on older plaster. The right base for the surface.
